Since his childhood days selling homemade cinnamon flavored toothpicks at school, recycling cans and bottles and raising parakeets to sell to the local pet store, Dan Messer has always been an entrepreneur at heart.  In the late 90’s, Dan began to develop a passion towards home improvement services while working alongside industry veterans as a general laborer.  By the early 2000’s, Dan, jointly with family, opened his first company operated out of his home. After a decade of mentoring partnerships and hands on learning, Dan solely founded Exceptional One Services, LLC in 2013 and has grown the company to its current home base in the up and coming Reynoldsburg/Etna area where he continues to serve realtors and homeowners alike.  Dan considers his greatest accomplishment over the years to be the lasting relationships that he has built with his customers, vendors and industry competitors throughout by his dedication, integrity and consistency in quality. 

 

Exceptional One Services, LLC is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry where Dan earned his Certified Lead Carpenter credentials. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Association of Radon Professionals and hold contractor registrations for Home Improvement, General and Demolition contracting with the City of Columbus and in several of our surrounding municipalities, including Southwest Licking Community Water & Sewer District, Reynoldsburg, New Albany, Gahanna,  and Pickerington.
